Jodie Yorg, Vice President, Customer Success

As Vice President of Customer Success, Jodie is responsible for managing Yelp’s recurring revenue. She joined Yelp in 2008 as one of Yelp’s earliest Account Managers. Since then, Jodie has served in a variety of functions at Yelp from integrating newly acquired businesses, to marketing, to serving as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer. She briefly left the company to run Customer Success at Square and returned to Yelp in 2017 to focus on Corporate Strategy. Jodie has a Master’s in Education from Endicott College in Boston, and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia.
